Due to the nature of our products (spicy food and ingredients), we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
2. Refunds
We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:
a. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective (e.g., broken packaging or spoiled items), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged items or packaging to process your claim.
b. Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item(s) or an incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
c. Refund Process
Once we approve a refund request, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you paid via credit card or PayPal, please note that it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account due to processing times.
3. Exchanges
We understand that sometimes preferences change or items may not meet expectations. Our policy for exchanges is as follows:
a. Exchange Eligibility
- We do not accept exchanges for products simply because they are too spicy or not to your liking. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- We may consider exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong flavor, size, or variant) if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
b. Exchange Process
If your item is eligible for an exchange, we will either send you a replacement or issue a store credit depending on availability. We may ask you to return the original item, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
- Opened food products: Once the product has been opened or consumed, we cannot accept a return or exchange.
- Perishable items: Products that require refrigeration or have expiration dates cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards and sale items: Gift cards and discounted items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Spicy products: Due to the unique nature of our spicy products (hot sauces, powders, extracts), we cannot accept returns based on taste preferences or if the item is too spicy for your liking.
5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

- Review: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
- Return the Item (if required): If asked to return the item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: We cover return shipping costs.
- Other returns/exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
